    Associated Press: The United States is considering slowing its military exit from Afghanistan by keeping a larger-than-planned troop presence this year and next because the new Afghan government is proving to be a more reliable partner, US defense secretary Ash Carter said Saturday.     PAN: Foreign troops killed two civilians in the Daman district of southern Kandahar province on Saturday, an official claimed.     US Airstrike Kills 11 Civilians in Eastern Afghanistan
    PAN: Eleven civilians have been killed and 12 others wounded, including children and women, during a joint operation and a foreign forces airstrike in eastern Kunar province, the governor said on Wednesday.     Logar drone strike kills 3 labourers
    PAN: Three civilians were killed and two others seriously wounded in a drone airstrike by NATO-led troops in the capital of central Logar province on Friday, an official said. Brig. Gen.
