According to these sources, the crime took place at approximately 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 19th, in the “Haji Qurbanha” area of Qadis district, Badghis province. Ismail allegedly used a hunting weapon to kill his wives before fleeing the scene.
The motive behind this tragic event has been identified as domestic violence.
