The Solidarity Party of Afghanistan (SPA) denounced the thirteenth anniversary of the occupation of Afghanistan by the US and NATO in a demonstration in Kabul. This was also in defense of the resistance of the people of Kobani, especially its female fighters.
More than 500 members and supporters joined this demonstration. They raised slogans against the US occupation and for the resistance of the people of Kobani. They also carried banners and placards with pictures showing the crimes of the US forces in Afghanistan and the resistance of female fighters in Kobani. The slogans written included: ‘US bases=accepting the chain of enslavement’, ‘The US & NATO supports fundamentalists in Kabul and Kobani!’, ‘ISIS, the filthy creation of the US, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Turkey!’, ‘Let us stand in defense of Kobani!’, ‘We should learn from the resistance of the brave women of Kobani against interveners’, ‘Kobani, you are not alone!’, ‘The mercenary analysts of the US should be ashamed of the conscience and courage of the women of Kobani!’.
After the official statement was read and a short speech was given by one of the members of the party, the protestors burnt the flag of the criminal gang of ISIS.
